Vicious Vampire Vibes.
This session was everything I wanted in a Halloween vampire shoot—and these ladies absolutely did not disappoint.
We had a whole group of gorgeous women dress up and transform into their own fierce vampire characters. Of course, we couldn't forget the essentials: blood, sharp teeth, creepy eyes, and a whole lot of attitude. The vampire eyes especially took everything to another level. One little detail and suddenly these ladies weren't just dressed like vampires—they looked ready to hunt.
We started our adventure at Fort Vancouver Historic Site, using the old historic surroundings to set the mood. There was something about the location that made the whole concept feel even more mysterious and dramatic. From there, we headed over to the graveyard, because obviously… vampires belong in a graveyard.
And that's where things really came to life.
We posed these vampires like they were ready to go for the kill, and the ladies completely committed to the part. There was biting, dramatic poses, creepy stares, blood, sharp teeth, and plenty of vampire attitude. I think everyone had just as much fun acting out the scenes as I did photographing them.
Watching them pretend to bite one another and completely embrace the characters was honestly one of my favorite parts. Nobody was afraid to get into it, and that's exactly what makes these Halloween shoots so much fun.
They showed up ready to play the part—and they absolutely nailed it.
I love creating sessions where everyone can forget about being themselves for a little while and become something completely different. Halloween gives us the perfect excuse to be dramatic, creepy, glamorous, and just a little bit dangerous. 🖤
Blood? Check.
Sharp teeth? Check.
Vampire eyes? Check.
Graveyard? Check.
Ladies ready for the kill? Absolutely.
